Low Power Pulse Transformer

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Operating Temperature: -55°C to +130°C

  • Weight: 5 grams maximum

  • Terminals: Solderable printed circuit type terminals

  • Overshoot and Ringing: ±1 volt maximum

  • Maximum Rise and Fall Time of Output Pulse: 

    • 150 nanoseconds maximum for: PT1011, PT1012, PT1013, PT1014

    • 200 nanoseconds maximum for: PT1015

    • 250 nanoseconds maximum for: PT1027

  • Dielectric Withstanding Voltage: 100 V rms

  • Insulation Resistance: 1,000 megohms minimum

  • Compact, low profile package, ideal for automatic placement.

  • Built to meet MIL-PRF-21038/27E specifications.

  • Low thermal expansion permits mounting on most substrate materials.

  • Welded internal connections, transfer molded package.
