Quality Assurance

Providing a quality product in terms of both design and workmanship has always been a trademark of Coast/ACM. Over the years we have received numerous quality awards from out customers. This is attributed to a skilled and well trained labor force, process controls, detailed assembly documentation, in-process inspections and a manufacturing flow control center. Our quality control program is based on MIL-I-45208 enhanced by internal procedures and manufacturing documentation. We are ISO9000 compliant and currently in the process of ISO9001 certification. We are QPL listed for MIL-PRF-27 and MIL-PFR-83446 and NASA approved for MIL-STD-981. We have successfully completed hundreds of Group B, Group C, and First Article inspections on our space level magnetics.
