Coast/ACM has a wide variety of manufacturing capabilities to support our customer base. These capabilities include two manufacturing facilities, an extremely talented and experienced work force and state of the art equipment that allows us to support our customers in quick deliveries, quality and cost. We have extensive training and inspection controls to assure that critical processes meet or exceed our customer’s requirements. Our production control center monitors all jobs to assure on time delivery and immediate customer support.

 Our manufacturing processes includes low vacuum and high pressure potting, transfer molding, encapsulation, soldering, welding, housing fabrication, wire stripping, terminations, bobbin winding, toroid winding and lead attachment.
  We have a full range of manufacturing equipment including bobbin and toroid winding machines, stripping equipment, vacuum chambers, soldering stations, ovens, welding systems, transfer molding equipment, SMT mold shop, and a full machine shop.

  Our in-process and final test/inspection capabilities include turns ratio, DWV, IR, inductance, leakage inductance, magnified solder/weld inspections, corona testing, distributed capacitance, monitored thermal shock, burn-in, radiographic inspection, temperature rise, life testing, shock, vibration, moisture, DPA, solderability, terminal strength, resistance to soldering heat and permanency of marking.
