Engineering Support

Our engineering team draws from years of experience and utilizes the latest in computer design, materials and processes to assist your technical staff in all areas of design and manufacturing. Our in-house proprietary magnetics software program utilizes a variety of sophisticated magnetic design algorithms and formulas which quickly provides the optimum design for your specific application. We support a wide variety of mechanical packaging options all designed using our customized CAD/CAM software. We are exceptionally proud of our Surface Mount and Transfer Molding design and manufacturing capability which stands at the forefront in our industry. Our engineering design library includes over 10,000 different magnetic designs. We have become DSCC’s major engineering support house by re-engineering hundreds of obsolete DOD drawings over the years. We pride ourselves as a full service engineering company from the initial prototypes to full production runs.
